This project involved the restoration, conversion and expansion of an 18,000 sf landmarked church, known as St. Paul and St. Mark’s in Fort Greene Brooklyn. The existing church and adjacent parish house were converted into 13 units rental units with distinctive detailing and unique layouts. The existing historic structure required extensive stabilization, which was expressed through the combination of historic structural elements and new concrete shear walls and steel structure.
